Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. in in Mechanical Engineering (ME) from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create detailed 2D, 3D designs and validate design through simulation using SolidWorks, AutoCAD Inventor, and Ansys or equivalent software.
∎ Collaborate with the engineering team to develop innovative machine designs that meet project requirements.
∎ Conduct technical feasibility studies and initial cost analysis for new machine projects.
∎ Perform design calculations, simulations, and analysis using appropriate software tools.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines in all design work.
∎ Generate comprehensive design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and bill of materials.
∎ Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to select suitable components and materials for machine construction.
∎ Continuously research and implement new design techniques, software updates, and emerging technologies.
∎ Participate in design reviews, meetings, and discussions to address design issues and propose solutions.
∎ Support the manufacturing and assembly processes by providing design clarifications and resolving design-related challenges.
∎ Assist in the evaluation and testing of prototype machines to validate design performance and functionality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD Inventor, and Ansys for 2D and 3D design & Simulation.
∎ Strong knowledge and understanding of machine design principles and concepts.
∎ Familiarity with actuators, pneumatics, and hydraulics systems used in machine making.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and resolve design challenges.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design work.
∎ Enthusiastic and dedicated with a passion for learning and staying updated with industry advancements.
∎ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
∎ Effective communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and suppliers.
∎ Prior experience in CAD design and machine design projects is preferred.
