∎ 1. Professional experience in CAD(Mandatory) & heat exchanger design & simulation expert will get preference. 2. Must have good knowledge of Refrigeration Cycle and concept of Industrial/Commercial Refrigeration, Air conditioning system. 3. Basic knowledge of chiller, VRF operation, Product specification & Application. 4. Sound knowledge on Microsoft Office, Excel & Power point.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Develop concept & design moldable parts at CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, and Ansys or equivalent software) for Air Conditioner.2. Create detailed 2D, 3D designs and validate design.3. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop innovative designs that meet project requirements.4. To implement the MCHX in the VRF air conditioning system. 5. Responsible for capacity testing of all VRF with MCHX. 6. To do alternate source development of VRF cooling components with SCM concern. 7. Prepare vibration, transportation, and aging test parameters for the MCHX base VRF model. 8. Prepare IQC standard for cooling components of VRF. 9. To develop unit BOM for all individual models. 10. Prepare cost-saving report / future development scope report assigned by HOD.
