Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Working with CAD software in 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
∎ Engineering and design of mechanical systems for manufacturing [Automotive, Electronics etc.] company.
∎ 3D modeling and detail drawing of mechanical components (Plastic and Sheet Metal) for Automotive / Electronics manufacturer.
∎ Transition from sketches to 3D models to rapid prototyping to production tooling [Injection molding].
∎ Analysis and material selection of designed components.
∎ Documentation preparation for manufacturing procedures for designed components.
∎ Design/data reviewing, error analysis and solving.
∎ Working closely with other design engineers, manufacturers, and suppliers supporting current designs.
∎ Using the API (Application Programmable Interface) of CAD systems in order to create macros or even develop software applications.
∎ Hands on mechanical design experience.
∎ Experience with various CAD tools of Catia V5 / V6 (Preferred), Siemens NX, SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, etc.
∎ Knowledge/experienced with PDM and PLM software like Enovia, Teamcenter.
∎ Knowledge/ experienced in Injection Mold process would be added some values.
∎ Practical experience of working at automobile, industrial maintenance, commercial components production.
∎ Programming knowledge in C, C#, Python etc.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills in a multidisciplinary environment
∎ Able to maintain a security clearance and work as a team.
∎ Quick learner to work with any prescribed CAD tools.
∎ Bachelor of Science [B.Sc.] in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
