Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1.Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
∎ 2.Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
∎ 3.Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ 4.Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
∎ 5.Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
∎ 6.Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
∎ 7.Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
∎ 8.Manage the help desk team and evaluate the performance
∎ 9.Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis
∎ 10.Recruit, train and support help desk representatives and technicians
∎ 11.Set specific customer service standards
∎ 12.Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints
∎ 13.Establish best practices through the entire technical support process
∎ 14.Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement
∎ 15.Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on help desk team's productivity
∎ 16.Provide customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams, like product developers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
