Job Context:
∎ ASL BPO is a BPO / Outsourcing Firm that provides outsourcing solutions to foreign clients. We are looking to create a digital marketing team with experienced members consisting of an SEO expert, Content Writers, Social Media marketers, Web Developers, Marketing executives, etc.
∎ We are looking for an experienced and passionate Marketing & Call Center Executive who is willing to work at night shift in order to make emails and calls to potential American clients and convert them to clients who would be using our services.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make Cold calls to B2B leads from America and convince them to use our outsourcing solutions and services
∎ Do LinkedIn Marketing and message potential leads /clients about our services
∎ Do Email Marketing to potential B2B leads and convert sales
∎ Handle incoming chats from the company website and convince potential leads to use our services
∎ Must be Honest and Dedicated to working hard
∎ Must have the intent to work for long term in the company
∎ Must be fluent English speaker

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ MUST have fluent English communication skills
∎ Must be honest and dedicated to working hard
∎ Must have prior experience working in Call Center
∎ Must be able to talk convincingly with American B2B Leads

∎ Tk. 26000 (Monthly)
∎ Night Shift 9 PM to 6 AM 6 days a week job

Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
