Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should be post-graduate preferably in accounting/finance or any other discipline from reputed public/private universities.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The managing director is expected to develop and execute business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals under the guidance of the board of directors.
∎ The person should have experience in accounts/finance/VAT/Tax and is expected to maintain regulatory compliance with BSEC, NBR, DSE, CSE and other authorities.
∎ The person should have sound experience to maintain financial affairs with banks/NBFIs and should have experience in dealing with legal affairs with external parties and to maintain relationship with all stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ The candidate should have work experience for a minimum of 15 years with at least 5 years in senior level such as CEO/CFO/executive director.
∎ The candidate should be well-conversant in English and should be comfortable to deal with foreign clients.
∎ Age limit may be relaxed for the deserving candidate.
