∎ We are searching for a Managing Director for our reputed organization
∎ Working hour: From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (6 days a week)
∎ Job Location: 25/25, Tajmahal Road, Block - C, BFDL, Majumdar Bari, 1st Floor, H/Q of CAC.
∎ Provide strategic advice to the board and Chairperson so that they will have accurate view of the market and the company's future
∎ Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
∎ Familiarity with law and management best practices
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership skills
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
∎ Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
∎ Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
∎ Make sure all employees adhere to company's policies and guidelines
∎ Organized, flexible disposition.
∎ Outstanding interpersonal skills.

∎ 50,000 BDT to 80,000 BDT (Subject to open discussion and negotiation)
