Educational Requirements:
∎ Should be CFA and CIMA/ACCA fully qualified.

∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible to lead the execution of equity and debt, mergers and acquisitions.
∎ Build relationships with potential investors for future engagements.
∎ Carry out Research on potential investors and investment transactions.
∎ Handle project management from deal origination to execution and final closure of transactions / engagements up to the deal execution stage.
∎ Generate transactions in line with achieving the annual revenue and footprint targets of the team.
∎ Prepare pitch books and live deal materials, including memoranda, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, client presentations, and prospectuses.
∎ Analyse detailed corporate and financial information, as well as conduct due diligence.
∎ Develop client relationships through deal execution, pitching, and primary/support coverage.
∎ Responsible for execution Excellence-Improve in time spent of transaction completion.
∎ Supervise a team of associates and analysts.
∎ Strong analytical/financial skills as well as outstanding verbal communication skills.
∎ Ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously
∎ Resourceful self-starter, able to work autonomously and as a team player.
∎ A passion for the technology industry and a desire to win.
∎ Development of the Bangladesh market
∎ Screen potential business partners and deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, evaluating options and establishing rapport with South Asian companies and organizations.
∎ Analyse and identify existing market trends in Asian companies, businesses, and society to initiate potential business deals by contacting willing partners.
∎ Planning and implementing training programs on local regulation for clients from different countries in South-East Asia including Japan, Thailand, Myanmar and Sri Lanka.
∎ Macro view, vision of international market, excellent decision-making ability and strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
∎ Support all different divisions in expansion of the Asian clients' operations in Bangladesh.
