Job Context:
∎ GTAL is looking for interested candidates for the mentioned position who has initiative, innovative idea, Take Challenges, quick learner, honesty & Sincerity, analytical, and self-confident.
∎ Job Location - Job location will be Factory Office- Bhaluka, Mymensingh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordinate with merchandising, Commercial and other concern department for on time shipment.
∎ Reducing process loss and sharing weekly report to the management on process loss minimization and profit maximization.
∎ Preparing monthly stock closing summery & reconciliation report and production summary and presenting to the management.
∎ Strengthen supply chain process with different knitting and dyeing factories.
∎ Risk factor analysis on development orders.
∎ Keeping track with global and local yarn price trend.
∎ Ensuring yarn booking and based on T&A in-housing yarn to the factories.
∎ For both Inhouse production/ sub-contracting orders, have to check knitting price and ensuring in-housing materials based on T&A.
∎ For both Inhouse production/ sub-contracting orders, doing price negotiation, preparing booking and ensuring delivery to the RMG unit.
∎ Maintain the overall store operation and taking full responsibility of Bonded Wearhouse.
∎ Booking, Inspecting and Ensuring raw materials to the RMG line based on the AQL.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Apparel Manufacturing Process, Apparel Merchandising, Garments Marketing, Garments Textile, and Knitwear
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Knit Garments
∎ At least 5 years' experience as a "Manager of Supply Chain" in any garment/buying house with specific emphasis on Knit Garments and Outerwear's.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments General Store, Garment's accessories Store, Fabric Store, Inventory management.
∎ Strong Planning Skill and good analytical skill.
∎ A logical and systematic approach to work.
∎ Good time management with the ability to work under pressure, maintain accuracy and keep to deadlines.
∎ Very good in MS Office Package (Especially in MS Excel) & ERP Software Knowledge.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good team player and strong work ethic.
