Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in procurement preferable/ MBA- major in supply chain/Procurement/ If general Masters , required Post graduate diploma in procurement & supply chain management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Role:- Responsible for achieving organization’s packing material procurement goal within best cost, desired quality as per factory demand with agreed timeline.
∎ Key Deliverables:-
∎ Ensure on-time procurement as per factory requirement;
∎ Ensure PR to PO conversion on time with the collaboration with factory
∎ Create alternative sourcing solutions & its evaluation;
∎ Ensure Olympic standard that approved by QA and quantity of procured materials.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced in managing factory requirements on packaging materials especially wrappers, cartons, etc.
∎ Capable of planning, organizing, & prioritizing as per the requirement of sales target & factory demand within the timeline for smooth production.
∎ Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills;
∎ Should have sound knowledge in BOPP, MAT BOPP, PET, CPP, LDE, Alu foil specification and knowledge on linear paper, media paper, white back duplex paper, Swedish paper, UV lamination, pp lamination, etc. as per the requirement to pack biscuits, wafer, noodles, chocolate etc.
∎ The required knowledge to work with the QA team to manage /handle the situation related to quality issues.
∎ Excellent analytical skills to review and evaluate supplier performance and proposals;
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet competing deadlines;
∎ Strong problem-solving skills.
∎ High level of professional integrity.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
