∎ Age 35 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the design and engineering of HVAC systems, plumbing networks, and fire protection systems in the project.
∎ Review and approve mechanical designs, specifications, and drawings to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ Ensure all mechanical installations comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address maintenance issues proactively.
∎ Preparing budget and cost analysis for selected products as per requirements of the projects.
∎ Liaison with various offices like DESCO, DPDC, BREB, WASA, Fire Station, Police Station for related work for project.
∎ Having adequate experience and knowledge of Fire Detection System ( Smoke Detector, Heat Detector, Manual Call Point, FACP Module, Speaker Exit Sign).
∎ Having adequate experience and knowledge of Fire Protection System.
∎ Coordination between management, suppliers, contactor and technical teams.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
