Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, supervise, and manage a team of plumbers, ensuring their performance aligns with company goals and standards.
∎ Plan and coordinate plumbing projects within real estate developments, including new construction, renovations, and repairs.
∎ Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other relevant parties to ensure plumbing systems are integrated seamlessly into overall project plans.
∎ Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, sewage, and gas systems.
∎ Monitor the quality of workmanship, adherence to safety regulations, and compliance with building codes and standards.
∎ Develop and implement plumbing schedules and budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring projects are completed within allocated resources.
∎ Troubleshoot plumbing issues, diagnose problems, and develop effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to residents and tenants.
∎ Source and procure plumbing materials, tools, and equipment required for projects, negotiating with suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions.
∎ Maintain accurate records of plumbing activities, including work orders, inspections, and maintenance reports.
∎ Conduct regular training sessions for plumbers to enhance their skills, safety awareness, and knowledge of new plumbing technologies.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in plumbing systems and equipment.
