∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying technical problems,
∎ Understanding the warranty policies, models sold in the market, market trend and studying After sales requirement, and ensuring ordering of adequate stock of warranty covered components.
∎ Analyzing the warranty call report received, track for closure of the calls, ensuring the provision of call closure report to customer/dealer, warranty claim analysis, and taking all possible steps to reduce warranty target cost.
∎ Solicit periodical feedback from dealers/end customers, ensure submission of adequate periodical After-sales MIS.
∎ Facilitate and support dealers/end customers with adequate training and feedback.
∎ Ensuring adherence to systems, policies, and procedures in place for spares sales business.
∎ Provide Dealer support for any Trouble shooting of warranty Complaints
∎ Monitor and ensure warranty parts availability at the dealerships.
∎ Dealer team skill mapping and plan and ensure the required training to the dealer team.
∎ Ensure and monitor the dealer warranty claims for quality and timely submission.
∎ Timely submission of reports to the management.
