Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Engineering (preferably Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical Engg.) from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise all activities of Engineering Team as Engineering In-charge.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and repairing of machineries and attain optimum plant efficiency.
∎ Ensure availability of all sort of spare parts for relevant manufacturing unit and follow up with concerned department to ensure optimum stock.
∎ Lead project activities, providing strategic guidance to the project team and overseeing office operations. Ensure alignment with project goals and objectives to achieve results.
∎ Develop and implement annual work plans and budgets that reflect priorities of production and maintenance needs which to be aligned with industry best practices.
∎ Oversee regular data collection, necessary preventive maintenance to avoid unwanted breakdown and corrective maintenance for breakdowns and reporting to superior as well.
∎ Minimize downtime of machineries and equipment of the whole ACI Formulations Factory.
∎ Arrange in house training of employees of engineering department about different value-added topics.
∎ To efficiently manage REB and of captive power utilization to optimize power consumption and cost control.
∎ Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and to ensure implementation of risk management/mitigation plans.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ 5-10 years of relevant practical work experience (in maintenance department) at any reputed company.
∎ Excellent planning, coordination & analytical skills.
∎ Proactive, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
