Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Professional Courses on Supply Chain Management.
∎ Advanced level Excel Proficiency to generate reports for analysis and evaluation.
∎ University of Dhaka,IBA, Dhaka University,IBA, Jahangirnagar University,BRAC University,North South University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Business Negotiation, Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Bangla and English, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Problem solving and analytical skill, Team management

∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial/ Purchase, Product Costing and budgeting, Supply Chain Planning

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain accurate pipeline of products to ensure smooth operations at factory end.
∎ Maintain proper coordination with the Costing team to purchase raw materials at the best price throughout the year.
∎ Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and overseas vendors.
∎ Evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
∎ Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.
∎ Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
∎ Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
∎ Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
∎ Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
∎ Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
∎ Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
∎ Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
∎ Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on relevant areas of supply chain management.
∎ Experience with integrated ERP business systems
∎ Extensive negotiation skills
∎ Energetic and enthusiastic
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 65000 (Monthly)
