Job Responsibilities:
∎ Explore opportunities and procure new business
∎ Meet target assigned by Management
∎ Train up, counsel and guide team members
∎ Motivate subordinates to obtain goals
∎ Overall management of call center
∎ Solid understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures
∎ Responsible for profitability of respective business unit

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Team building capacity
∎ Strong ability on monitoring and supervising team's activities
∎ Communication and negotiation skill

Salary: Negotiable
