Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Experience with software skills like AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Sketch up, Vray, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc.
∎ Proficient in preparing Detailed Measurements, Working Drawings, and Layout plans, Sections, Elevations, along with Detailed Working Drawings as per project requirements.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and/or review architectural or engineering plans, specifications and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws & regulations.
∎ Provides technical expertise in development or review of policies and procedures in relation to architectural structures and systems and construction safety codes.
∎ Client support regarding design briefing or modification.
∎ Checking and correction of structural drawings of consultants.
∎ Design of sudden structural patch work / rectification work (minor) arising from the project.
∎ Designing of commercial, hotel, residential and mixed use buildings and also knowledge of Architectural Code of Practices
∎ Any other task assigned time to time from management
