Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Automobile
∎ Diploma in automobile Engineering from a renowned college.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain close Customer Relations
∎ Co-ordination among service station administration and employees
∎ Supervise workshop administration: disciplinary actions, security guards, leave, dress codes, recruitment of technicians
∎ Weekly motivational meeting and technical training to technicians
∎ Monitor maintenance of all equipment and tools, water reservoir, electrical, office cars, fuel log, signboard, etc
∎ Attend tenders to win Government repair jobs, enlistment of workshop
∎ Assist Sales team with technical data on vehicle
∎ Set up sales target and achieve accordingly
∎ Generate order form, job card, job estimates, logbook etc
∎ Inspect individual vehicle and maintain Quality Control (parts & service, lath shop jobs)
∎ Monitor credit to corporate clients and co-ordinate collection activities
∎ Spares and inventory: monitor and execute timely local purchase, order spares to Principal using online software
∎ PDI and warranty records of Great Wall and Haval brand vehicles
∎ Organize yearly nation-wide Service campaigns
∎ Achieve sales target from time to time as given by the management
∎ Any other tasks related to your job as assigned by the authorities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 48 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have job experience in a reputed automobile workshop
∎ Computer competent
∎ Must know how to use Diagnostic scanner
∎ Good in power point presentation.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
