Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/B.Sc in Civil Engineering/ Masters in Environmental Science/ Water Resource Management/ Urban Planning or any other relevant subject
∎ O Level & A Level background will be preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop annual operating plan for programme execution
∎ Ensure timely completion of various programme activities in line with the operating plan
∎ Develop operational strategy for the assigned area for ensuring smooth programme operation
∎ Develop project proposal and make fund raising efforts
∎ Conduct field visit and identify problems of field operations and find the way of solution by following up, monitoring & supporting supervision
∎ Review monthly performance report and provide feedback to DMs, UMs and POs to improve the performance
∎ Disseminate decision taken in the head office to the field management
∎ Ensure financial control of project as per budget and work plan
∎ Facilitate/ Conduct quarterly meeting with DMs and Ums at divisional level
∎ Coordinate with relevant Government's office, NGOs and others stakeholders at different levels e.g. national, divisional and district level
∎ Develop staff capacity through field visit, meeting, discussion and individual contact, on the job training
∎ Ensure disbursement of water and sanitation revolving funds and collection of instalment
∎ Ensure installation of WASH options through proper utilization of revolving fund
∎ Assist in preparing project proposals, periodical reports, write up on different aspects of the program as and when necessary
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years in relevant field
∎ Knowledge on preparing programme operation guideline, programme implementation & management
∎ Proven and good understanding of community-based approaches and financial management
∎ Competent in planning and prioritizing (resource allocation and critical thinking), risk identification and management & analytical ability
