Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, implement and utilize optimum uses of warehouse space by coordinating with Purchasing Team
∎ Ensure proper loading, unloading, stocking and safekeeping of items to maintain the Quality by effective planning, supervision and control
∎ Develop and effectively implement warehouse and inventory monitoring systems and procedures including accurate data entry in ERP
∎ Monitor the overall safety parameters of the warehouse
∎ Plan for future warehouse capacity requirement and modernization
∎ Ensure proper storage of products and maintain FIFO to assure quality as per Nutrition & Quality
∎ requirement
∎ Conduct regular cycle count as per established schedules and guidelines
∎ Evaluate and analyze the inventory variance and implement preventive countermeasures based on the result of inventory variance analysis
∎ Ensure proper management of identify, segregation of defective material and managing disposal on-time as per company policy
∎ Monitor the stock position regularly and communicate with Purchasing team for any criticality
∎ Ensure solid coordination with purchase, logistics and finance & accounts team for stock reconciliation, reporting and stock transfer
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years in warehouse operations management in manufacturing industry
