∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ERP, Inventory/ Store Management, Reporting, Warehouse Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Shipping, Trading or Export/Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
∎ Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
∎ Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, industry-standard best practices, processes, and safety standards.
∎ Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
∎ Keen in Inventory Management with Calculation of ABC, VED, SED, HML, FSN analysis.
∎ Ensure all inventories are appropriately handled through ERP at reconciliation process and month-end closing.
∎ Leads the organization's Performance Improvement plan and Operational Efficiency initiatives, ensuring a data-driven and results-oriented approach that supports the successful execution of company strategic objectives.
∎ Ensure the company's physical assets (building, equipment, inventory, etc.) are appropriately controlled, maintained, protected, and utilized.
∎ Oversee warehouse activities to ensure the efficient utilization of facilities for storing and distributing raw material and finished goods inventories.
∎ Establish continuous improvement through lean and kaizen initiatives in warehouse activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Need to visit warhouses in different location throughout the country
∎ Minimum of 08-12 years of warehouse management experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
∎ Strong ERP/WM/Master Data abilities strongly preferred.
∎ Analytical ability to gather and summarize data, solve problems and prioritize
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills
∎ Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, AS400, and ERP
∎ Exceptional analytical, root-cause-analysis, and decision-making abilities
