Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com/ MBA (Major in Accounting/Finance)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have the knowledge of Financial Books of Accounts and statements in the company with
∎ the regulatory requirement of related bodies/authorities (internal/external), NBR and VAT authorities.
∎ Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records with respect to income TAX related issues, TDS, VDS, VAT and AIT & other related documents.
∎ Have the knowledge to prepare for audit of Company "Main Accounts"
∎ Have the knowledge to understand modalities of working principles of CA FIRM.
∎ Have the knowledge to prepare "Annual TAX Return" (for Company/Individual) as per law and regulation of NRB.
∎ Have the knowledge to prepare "108 FORM".
∎ Have the knowledge to prepare Monthly AIT Return.
∎ Have the knowledge to prepare Monthly VAT Return.
∎ Able to manage all VAT and TAX related queries and work accordingly.
∎ Have the knowledge for "Form X, XII" of RJSC.
∎ Have the knowledge for deduction of VAT/TAX wrt various Bill payments.
∎ Have the knowledge of latest regulation of VAT/TAX as per NBR circular.
∎ Able to explain all queries related to NBR.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of OnLive TAX/VAT.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 60 years
∎ Proven track record of developing and handling Tax & VAT issues.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ He should be skilled in computer aided jobs using MS Excel, MS Words, MS Power Point.
∎ He should be able to prepare PPT presentation.
