Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Carry out schedule/ preventive maintenance of electrical & electro-mechanical machineries inside the factory including Generator, Boiler, and Compressor etc. by providing his right direction as well as to develop a good maintenance workforce. Overall responsibility Utility department of an entire plant contains Boiler, Compressor, and Generator. Ensure that the electrical installations of the factories are compliant according to national and international regulations. Electricity Rules 1937 and BNBC - 2006. Work on different Electrical CAPs given by relevant buyers. Ensure installation, maintenance & repairing of all types of electrical channel, lighting system, power point & all other electrical works which are needed to run a factory. Develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure and manuals. Ensure the smooth function of utility services. Schedule maintenance of process, Boiler, Compressor, Generator, Lift, Mini Washing & dryer, AC, Utility machinery and Sub Station. List out and maintain required spare parts for all equipment's and machinery. Diagnoses the faults, running the machine within sort time after solved the faults. Ensure the safety of working people through compliance with Occupational Safety and Environmental Regulations. Organize and prepare factories for facing different audits like Accord, Alliance, along with other ethical/ environmental/ technical/ Electrical & Fire Safety etc. Any other assignments are given by the management time to time. Operation & Maintenance work of Utility related machinery such as Generator, Boiler, Compressor, WTP, ETP, Chiller, Humidification Plant & AHU and Production related machinery of Oven project. Work of washing plant.· Installation, and work of Firefighting system ( Complete design ).Various Byer Audit such as RSC, Ethical, Environmental, Technical, Electrical & Fire safety etc. Maintaining Inventory of Spare parts and Utility operation & maintenance budgets.· Main responsibilities are Installation, Operation and Maintenance work of all Garments and Textiles Industries of Utility related machinery such as Generator ( Gas & Diesel), Air Compressor, Boiler ( Duel Fuel & Coal fired), Jhut Boiler, WTP & Air Conditioning ( HVAC , VRF & AHU )· Responsible for development of project, prepare project BOQ with feasibility reports and obtain approvals from the higher management for investing. Manage relevant stakeholders and obtain necessary approvals from regulatory bodies. Assist project implementation teams with necessary project related inputs. Monitoring and follow up of a project portfolio and furnish periodic progress report to the management. Handles confidential and sensitive information and records with a high degree of discretion, diligence and good judgment of the running project.
