Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize and control the Factory Utility maintenance activities
∎ Ensure Complete technical support on all new project electrical and Utility
∎ Prepare of project cost estimates, proposal, justification
∎ Ensure minimizing the maintenance cost
∎ Maintain records of planned and current construction and maintenance contract
∎ Operations and maintenance of all utility systems and equipment in the facility
∎ Ensure Maintenance check list to be prepared and monitored
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Caterpillar GAS Generator and Diesel Generator- Parking
∎ Should know to read Electro-Mechanical drawings, as well as Sub-station Operation (11kv/415v)
∎ Practical knowledge/hand-skilled on below area:
∎ LEED, BEMS, HVAC, Solar, VRF, WWTP and STP,
∎ Pump, Compressor Cooling tower, Elevator, Inverter, Booster Pump system
∎ 11KV SUB STATION, BBT, SLD, LPS, Load Distribution, Earthing
∎ Fire detection and Protection with Hydrant and sprinkler system
∎ Sound knowledge on BNBC, Accord, Alliance /RSC
∎ Very good Knowledge on GAS Generator, Boiler, Compressor, LEED, Sub Station, Plumbing, STP &WWTP and SLD
∎ Sound Knowledge on MS Office, MS Project & AutoCAD
Salary: Negotiable
