∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Transport Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The main job responsibility of a Manager - Transport is the distribution, maintenance and utilization of all the vehicles of the factory.
∎ Properly handling of driver, helper and Police.
∎ Have to rent vehicles as urgent basis.
∎ Schedule daily and weekly routes and also hire the transport if needed.
∎ Track orders using functional systems (e.g. barcodes and tracking software)
∎ Coordinate with ware house worker to ensure proper storage and distribution of products
∎ Monitor and report on transportation costs as target basis.
∎ Ensure shipping documents are properly filed.
∎ Report maintenance and repair needs for transportation vehicles and equipment
∎ Research and suggest cost-effective shipping methods
∎ Conduct regular safety audits on equipment
∎ Organize training sessions for employees (e.g. proper use of machines and handling of hazardous material)
∎ Keep organized records of vehicles, schedules and completed orders
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping legislation
∎ Stay up-to-date with safety regulations

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer Literacy is essential.
∎ Should know the BRTA Rules.
∎ Must have good Negotiation skills.
