Educational Requirements:
∎ Electrical Engineer (EEE) from reputed University, preferable with MBA.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check various tender search systems daily and identify any contracts which may be of interest to the company, either to bid or for market intelligence purposes.
∎ Ability to complete the tender submission process in time.
∎ Actively participate in Govt., private, NGOs & international organization tender.
∎ Participate in all types of tenders like OTM-Two Envelope, One Envelope, DPM, LTM, CPTU processes.
∎ onduct pro-active survey of tenders to gather sufficient information from clients, futuristic, advantages/disadvantages of tender sites which might not be covered intenders.
∎ Take part in pre-bid meetings and techno commercial meeting with clients by collaborating to managements.
∎ Capable to achieve business target.
∎ Follow up the relevant procedures for tender compilation, authorization and dispatch.
∎ Complete the tender billing methods effectively and efficiently.
∎ Communicate and maintain liaison with Government and Non-Government, Private organization.
