Job Context:
∎ An Emerging Electronics Manufacturing Company looking for Asst. Manager-Tender Documentation & Manager- Business Development-Tender.
∎ This company is the largest line hardware and line connector manufacturer in Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Documentation:
∎ Tender Preparation and submission.
∎ Comprehending all the clauses of the tender document.
∎ Communicating with the Procuring entity, vendors and suppliers from various background.
∎ Grasping the technical specifications of the products before tender preparations.
∎ Connecting with different departments in order to collect and check necessary information for tender submission and post evaluation process.
∎ Understanding different qualification criteria and act accordingly to participate in tenders.
∎ Compiling and arranging the entire tender related document from time to time.
∎ Business Development:
∎ Continuously updating the intel's on the next projects, possible competitors and potential products to submit tenders.
∎ Going through the company and technical papers to check the validity and conformity of the document before tender submission.
∎ Maintaining liaison with different utility offices and officers to smoothly participate in tenders.
∎ Regular reporting to the authority regarding the latest information on the upcoming tenders, running contracts, and other utility news.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Sound Knowledge on ppr 2008
∎ Auto Cad 2D
∎ Good Knowledge on Government Tender/ e-GP especially BREB, DESCO, PDB, NESCO , DPDC.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skill both in Bangla and English.
∎ Must have literacy in computer operation (Especially in MS Office and Various Software).
∎ Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 80000 (Monthly)
