∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Electrical Substation, Procurement, SCM, tender documentation, Tender Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electric Wire/Cable, Supply Chain

Job Context:
∎ An Emerging Electronics Manufacturing Company looking for an Assisting Manager/ Sr. Executive- Sourcing (Electronics Items)
∎ This company is the largest line hardware and line connector manufacturer in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Comprehending all the technical and general specifications of the trading products (Insulator, Guy wire, Fuse cut out, Lightning arrester, Meter accessories etc) to participate in the tenders.
∎ Getting in contact with all the suppliers from different countries.
∎ Development of new products for the company to participate in the tenders related to those items.
∎ Searching for vendors and suppliers for different products.
∎ Making all the vendors and suppliers understand the different technical and general specifications to conform with the clients’ requirements.
∎ Checking all the samples of the items sent by the suppliers before participating in the tenders.
∎ Resolving problems with the suppliers regarding any technical details or product specifications.
∎ Ensuring all the technical data, test reports and samples before the tender participation.
∎ Ensuring the PSI, PLI and delivery of the products on time.
∎ Compiling all the information related to different vendors and suppliers and their products.
∎ Arranging meetings between the suppliers and the management authorities if needed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Knowledge on Government Tender/ e-GP especially BREB, DESCO, PDB, NESCO , DPDC.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skill both in Bangla and English.
∎ Must have literacy in computer operation (Especially in MS Office and Various Software).
∎ Must be Diligent & Hard working, Positive mentality, and be Sound & Good health.
∎ Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
∎ Experienced enough to work with people of different nationalities.

Salary: Negotiable
