Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE or ME
∎ B.Sc in EEE/ ME from a reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
∎ Meeting perspective clients and able to present & explain our services to establish a relationship.
∎ Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
∎ Searching for new clients who might benefit from company services.
∎ Creating and presenting techno-commercial proposals.
∎ Liaising with existing & progressive clients.
∎ Coordinating effectively with delivery teams.
∎ Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team.
∎ Making technical presentations for how our services meets client needs.
∎ Providing pre-sales technical assistance.
∎ Working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required.
∎ Analyzing costs and sales.
∎ Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively within the team.
∎ Responsible for preparing ready stock and maintain inventory with regular inspection.
∎ Hold discussions with Head of Sales to resolve various issues related to Service Quality Improvements for the respective products.
∎ Study and understand the segmented market, analyze Market trend and implement relevant sales promotion campaigns as per guidelines.
∎ Ensure all electrical equipment installation, operational and maintenance (Specially Solar System, Solar/Non Solar Street Light System, Air Conditioning System, Substation, Generator, etc.) as per the standard procedures or manufacture guidelines.
∎ Initiate new activities to improve the efficiency of each technicians and enhancing their contribution in the execution process.
∎ Should be capable of reducing excess manpower or unused manpower in project delivery line.
∎ Have the ability to prepare skill matrix or skill inventory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Knowledge in Electro-Mechanical equipment & tools.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
