Job Context:
∎ Technical Support engineer will be responsible for sell complex terms of products or services to businesses. He / She must have extensive knowledge of the products, parts and functions and must understand the scientific processes that make these products work. He / She also responsible for giving technical presentations, doing other tasks related to sales, such as market research. They also may ask for technical requirements from customers and modify and adjust products to meet customers` specific needs.
∎ For this position we are seeking candidates who has real experience on Technical support in cement industry.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work under guidance and supervision of consultant and assist consultant in all work of TSD.
∎ Monitor and supervise the activities of T.S.E.
∎ Co-ordinate the activities of T.S.E.
∎ Guide the T.S.E for effective performances.
∎ Compile the data collected by T.S.E
∎ Analyze the compiled data
∎ Prepare information / report from collected data as per requirement of management.
∎ Organize and arrange Technical Seminar for engineers.
∎ Organize and arrange factory visit for engineers.
∎ Keep liaison with other department as HR, Brand, Sales.
∎ Train TSE and sales person about our cement product and quality.
∎ Contact with PD and senior engineers of project and co-ordinate with sales person for sale in project.
∎ Contact with organization for enlishment of our product in their schedule of works, project.
∎ Attend meeting of management and submit reports as per their management requirement.
∎ Prepare budget, check TA bill, other bill voucher of TSD.
∎ Prepare leaflet, brochure, other technical papers of TSE.
∎ Collect promotion items and gift items from sales, HR, Brand for TSE.
∎ Distribute works amongst TSE.
∎ Visit central and regional level of engineering organizations.
∎ Help TSE in complaints handling and take necessary action for collection of sample and test work by using mobile lab.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 08 year(s) experience in Cement industry
∎ Knowledge in engineering materials, Excellent communication skill, MS office, Auto Cad software
