Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA / MBA (Preferable in Accounting) and must be knowledgeable about Tax & VAT.
∎ CA (partly qualified) shall be preferred for the post.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning for Income Tax affairs for all the sister concern of our company in order to ensure 100% compliance.
∎ Maintain Positive Relationship with circle office.
∎ Handle & negotiate with Tax Authority.
∎ Preparation and submission of Tax Return.
∎ Prepare workings and schedules as required for tax assessment.
∎ Prepare withholding tax return as required by the income tax law.
∎ Preparing compliance of all Tax & Vat related activities.
∎ Implementation and compliance of Income Tax Act and Rules from time to time.
∎ Coordination of accounts & audit whenever required;
∎ Assistance to file appeal/ writ petition to Tribunal/ High Court against various demands by Tax Authority, whenever required;
∎ Ensuring adjustment of TDS and AIT at the time of submitting tax return;
∎ Reconciliation of Tax demanded and adjustment of TDS and AIT in the books of accounts;
∎ Must have sound knowledge on Mushka Challan.
∎ Prepare various types of report and update regularly.
∎ Must be maintain Vat Acts & Rules.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ At least 5 year(s) practical experience to deal with diversified business enterprises Tax matters and currently working in similar position.
∎ Ability to prepare Company's financial statements in complying with IAS/IFRS.
∎ Extensive Knowledge in Advanced Excel/MS Word/Photoshop/Power Point Presentation/Illustrator and so on.
∎ Good Communication Skill in Bangla & English.
