∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ He will assist for the overall procurement of local and foreign products related to QIL & QFPL
∎ He will communicate with the factories regarding problem with any materials or machinery and report to Head of Supply chain
∎ Create annual budget for purchase and raw material sourcing.
∎ Assist to prepare procurement plan based on business requirements.
∎ Develop scenarios of price movements, purchase period, purchase quantity to finalize strategic sourcing plan.
∎ Oversee supply chain process carried out by team; Lead critical negotiations with key vendors to obtain the best deal (cost, quality and timelines).
∎ Monitor all transactions as per legal and statutory compliances and within guidelines set by organizational processes and systems.
∎ Responsible for service contract with the supplier of the office equipment and machineries
∎ Assist for the getting approval of all type of bills.
∎ Review list of shortlisted vendors identified by team members for critical raw materials.
∎ Negotiate costing for product with preferred vendors.
∎ Periodically track vendor performance against organization requirements, turn-around-time and quality.
∎ Provide feedback to key vendors to ensure services are in line with expectations based on identified performance metrics.
∎ Liaise with critical vendors to analyze root cause of delays and take preventive measures for future sourcing.
∎ Devise strategy to ensure maximum benefit from government export and import incentives and maximize organizational gain.
∎ Responsible for review the monthly LC requirements related to QIL & QFPL
∎ Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping line, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, Customs, VAT department, etc.
∎ Cost to the procurement/landed cost calculate, represent agenda for procurement committee meeting for decision.
∎ Prepare purchase orders/ work orders follow up delivery, settling supplier bills and payment;
∎ Ensure checking of price of the procedure products by visiting the market frequently and prepare comparative statement;
∎ Capable to handle import documentation and local purchase;
∎ Develop various forms, format, register and voucher content for better internal control;
∎ Ensuring all necessary procurement procedures are properly followed including any relevant vendor procedure, ensuring transparency, accountability and fairness in the procurement process;
∎ Deliver the PO to concern supplier to place the order;
∎ Deal with non-supplied, under orders over orders and damaged goods;
∎ Support Head of Supply chain to prepare appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost;
∎ Document physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows;
∎ • Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service;
∎ Implement supplier lists, price lists, conduct price controls, market research and consolidate orders;
∎ Ensure all procurement activities are carried out in line with company's requirements;
∎ Oversee procurement as an end-to-end service to Programmers; only close out orders when confirmed as correctly received items in the field;
∎ Develop strong, open and trustful relationships with all Managers, have an understanding of their procurement plans for the coming 3-6 months and understand what their urgent needs are;
∎ Assist logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment and delivery, and returns on products;
∎ Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective;
∎ Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors;
∎ Generate lead, New Supplier and vendors.
∎ To discharge all types of ISO related activities
∎ Any other activities assigned by authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 6-8 years' experience in Supply Chain Management.
∎ Good knowledge in handling L/c, Import and Export, Customs Act, Bond, Shipment process, C&F, Transportation etc.
∎ Excellent communication skills - using language with precision, easily presenting arguments and synthesizing reports. Fluent in English. Strong analytical and organizational skills, highly systematic personality.
