∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ PGDSCM will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate overall Supply Chain Management related task (Local & Foreign procurement, L/C Management, Logistics, etc.) of the organization as per organizational policy and guideline.
∎ Provide administrative and logistics support.
∎ Procure all sorts of goods and machineries as per the National & International policy and regulatory compliance.
∎ Ensure sourcing from different suppliers and collecting information regarding recent market trend.
∎ Calculate & check bills and maintain report on the status of purchase and resolve vendor issues.
∎ Prepare all sorts of documents including L/C opening documents, LC amendment, Shipping docs retirement, B/E submission in liaison with Bank for commercial correspondence.
∎ Execute commercial correspondence related to Foreign supplier, customs, shipping line, freight forwarder C & F Agent accordingly.
∎ Check & follow up with customs & CNF Agent for keeping in line with Govt. rules & regulations to pay actual customs duties & taxes at the time of goods releasing.
∎ Drive adoption of consistent procurement best practices across the organization.
∎ Conduct vendor enlistment, vendor evaluation and ensure healthy supplier competition to meet quality and price objectives.
∎ Logistics Support for special event management of Ononyo Construction and Developments Limited.
∎ Contact and liaise with different organizations (Govt./Non-Govt./Private) for the interest of the company.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Good communication skill (written & spoken) both in Bengali and English

Salary: Negotiable
