Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect buyers' confirm order details and review together with Marketing team
∎ Obtain buyers' order (SMS and/ or confirmed) details (tech-pack, PO, SC, MLC etc.) from marketing
∎ Review the file and revise BOM sheet, where necessary aligning Marketing team
∎ Assign respective team member/s for execution the buyers' order as per the TNA
∎ Check detail description, terms & conditions of PI and ensure that the PI is workable as per commercial and banking norms
∎ Cross check production plan and delivery lead time and give feedback to Marketing if any adjustment require
∎ Communicate with marketing team if any material price does not match with pre-cost/ budgeted price
∎ Follow-up with HO Commercial for pick up the materials from overseas supplier and releasing from port on time
∎ Review the inventory report and check the materials in house status randomly to avoid any last minute problem in production
∎ Submission of all kind of samples (like confirm order proto, fit, size set, black seal, PP, golds seal, test, TOP, shipment sample etc.) to meet Buyers' requirement through monitoring the TNA
∎ Ensure price and delivery schedule of any embellishment
∎ Attend PP meeting
∎ Daily troubleshooting with all concerned
∎ Ensure timely delivery of Garments and provide Packing list to HO commercial duly
∎ Make order closing report (Cut to Ship)
∎ Collect buyers confirm order details and review together with Marketing team.
∎ Attend weekly operational meeting.
∎ Daily troubleshooting with all concerned.
∎ Generate weekly report of materials in house status, BTB LC/ TT/ FDD and submit to ED Operation for his assistance, where necessary.
∎ Lead, train, guide, assist and follow-up the team to execute all assigned task efficiently and effectively.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Excellent Communication Skill
∎ Excellent Negotiation Skill
∎ Good in Product Sourcing
∎ Good Knowledge in MS Office
∎ Good Leadership Quality
