∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operation
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Supply Chain
∎ Training/Trade Course: Supply Chain Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major jobs and responsibilities include but not limited to-
∎ Timely and cost effective procurement of service & materials from various local sources in accordance with company policies and requirement.
∎ Devise and implement purchasing strategies to achieve purchasing objectives of adding long term sustainable value to the business in terms of cost, quality, service and innovation.
∎ Analyzing of external supply market capabilities, Assessment regulatory constrains & assessment supplying risk.
∎ Improving supplying process through reduction of supply risk, increasing supply flexibility, leveraging spends category knowledge of operational buyers and internal users through cross regional/cross-functional sourcing teams.
∎ Supplier profiling, screening & selecting supplier as per specification, less lead-time, reliability and through creating competitive situation.
∎ Lead the team in negotiating and maintaining prices and longer-term purchase agreements.
∎ Spend analysis for all major Service and Indirect Materials Spends.
∎ Vendor Development jointly with internal stakeholders.
∎ Contract Management in different category of Service and Indirect Materials purchase.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of Ready-Mix Concrete Companies candidate will get preferences.
∎ Excellent in relevant Computer applications & programmes.
∎ Should be self motivated, energetic and have ability to work under pressure.
