Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and oversee commercial procurement, inventory management, sourcing, and planning activities for the lift product line.
∎ Lead and manage the team to achieve operational targets and ensure timely and efficient execution of supply chain processes.
∎ Implement effective sourcing and category management strategies, negotiating profitable contracts that align with the company’s goals.
∎ Analyze and calculate the Total Cost of procurement lift products, considering factors such as price, quality, delivery, and risk, and implement appropriate procurement methods accordingly.
∎ Ensure a smooth and uninterrupted supply of materials by applying risk-minimizing techniques in procurement and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
∎ Collaborate with Planning, Production, R&I, Commercial, Logistics, and Clearing and Forwarding teams to facilitate seamless execution of supply chain activities.
∎ Engage in close collaboration with the inventory management team to uphold optimal stock levels, facilitating uninterrupted production while efficiently controlling inventory holding expenses.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting the supply chain, and propose necessary adjustments to optimize operations.
∎ Handle any additional responsibilities assigned by the management to support the company’s overall objectives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 40 years
∎ Familiarity with lift or elevator industry operations and supply chain dynamics will get preference.
∎ Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
∎ Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team toward achieving targets.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
∎ Hardworking, detail-oriented, and results-driven, focusing on continuous improvement.
∎ Proficient in analyzing data, conducting market research, and negotiating contracts.
∎ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
