Budgeting, Compliance Management, Cost control, Spare Parts Sourcing, supply chain management, Vendor prospecting, Warehouse Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulating & driving sustainable sourcing strategy to meet global standards in cost, quality & delivery for White goods parts
∎ Suppliers scouting, supplier audit & qualification according to group standards
∎ Lead the team for RFQ, offer negotiation, supplier contract finalization & awarding
∎ Manage & guide the development team towards successful implementation of projects
∎ Value engineering & deep localization, cost reduction programs on a continuous basis
∎ Coordination & integration with India offices and global plants for sourcing strategy, development & supply chain topics.
∎ Regional performance reporting to management.
∎ Group procurement system compliance & implementation in the region.
∎ Ensure to achieve GAL component export business from India and other overseas countries.
∎ Sustainable supplier relationship, Capacity management & upgradation
∎ Resource planning & employee development for the Regional Sourcing office.
∎ Company representation in various industrial & government forums.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Negotiation Skill
∎ Formulation of peer to peer AOP
∎ Agreement between vendors and contractors
∎ All kinds of Import letter of Credits (LC)
∎ Coordination with OEM Partners, local vendors & suppliers
∎ Able to lead the team
∎ Liaison with different govt. Official,
∎ Making strategy and execution of SCM function
∎ Analyzing Stock data to ascertain inventory
∎ Preparing of Annual budget
Salary: Negotiable
