Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive indents from store from the concerned departments.
∎ Float RFQ and collect quotation from vendors.
∎ Negotiate the price and quality offered by the supplier.
∎ Take approval from management/prepare CS, and issue Purchase Order.
∎ Select the suppliers based on price and quality.
∎ Prepare comparative statements and take approval from management.
∎ Contact with suppliers after approvals.
