Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Candidates who are graduate from Accounts & Finance will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Store, Store/ inventory, Warehouse Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check daily transnational record update in the system & manual procedures on time. Prepare and mailing daily requirement Spare parts & Mechanical & Electrical consumable materials.
∎ Dealing of all items all-time contact to head office supply chain, Accounts, commercial department & varies supplier.
∎ Continuous spot purchasing as per the requirement of the company.
∎ Prepare accurate Daily/ Monthly/ Half Yearly & Yearly Stock Report to review and Analysis of actual facts and figure for the next action plan.
∎ Ensure compliance of store activities and implement health & safety measures as per company policy.
∎ Lead the warehouse/store team for effective management of store operation in receiving, inspection, storage, issuance & transfer of items as per company policy.
∎ Maintained records of all inventory, storage items including their costs, stock levels, minimum of stock / Storage on the computer system.
∎ Monthly report submitted: All materials physical inventory counting and stock report Submit to authority.
∎ Monthly submitted: Prepared consumable items category wise consumption costing value as per company policy
∎ Monthly submitted: Prepared engine wise spares consumption costing value as per LC.
∎ Monthly submitted: prepared category wise consumable& spares material receiving price report
∎ Stock reconciliation and rectify with head office
∎ To ensure face & contribution half-yearly & yearly audit team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Store/ Inventory/ Warehouse.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing Concern specially Electronics industries/Garments/Textile.
∎ Expert in dealing with modern database software.
∎ Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access) and ERP application.
∎ Relevant experience is mandatory.
∎ Candidates must have knowledge on Store Management and Inventory Management.
∎ Candidates must have knowledge on ERP software.
Salary: Negotiable
