Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study project documents, plan storage facilities, delivery system (FIFO/LIFO) for materials and equipment.
∎ Supervise, instruct, and coordinate the construction/maintenance of storage facilities.
∎ Plan and arrange quality and quantity checking procedures for materials.
∎ Plan and arrange safety issues during material and equipment handling.
∎ Execute works by himself/herself or delegate to subordinates, contractors, vendors, outside agencies where appropriate. Monitor progress as per approved work plan maintaining work and quality procedures.
∎ Keep all documents and records up-to-date in a systematic, well protected, and easily retrievable manner.
∎ Keep Line Manager informed by routine and ad hoc reports.
∎ Any other activities to fulfill tasks.

∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 5-7 years’ experience, or any discipline with relevant experience in Real Estate Company. Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure.
