∎ B.Com & M.Com/BBA & MBA from any prestigious public, Private or foreign university.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Postgraduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management will add value.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Inventory Warehousing Store Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Inventory/ Store Management, sap procurement, Warehouse Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan the store activities like estimating, budgeting, purchasing etc.
∎ Impart training to the subordinates and explain their duties and responsibilities.
∎ Keep in touch with the senior management officials and give proper reports/feedbacks and also get instructions for compliance on day to day works.
∎ Keep inter department relationships with all department for inter actions on matters relating to materials.
∎ Attend various meetings in the organization.
∎ Verify all the documents including purchase order, bill and sign them.
∎ Responsible for the discipline and welfare of the personnel working under him.
∎ Ensure receiving the materials from suppliers strictly and deliver finished products as per the rules.
∎ Verify the stock periodically and ensure submission of various reports to various authorities at appropriate time.
∎ Report any abnormal occurrences in his department to the management.
∎ In addition to the above, will carry out any other duties given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a Store Manager.
∎ Expertise in Store management procedures and best practices
∎ Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
∎ Strong knowledge of store/warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and materials handling.
∎ Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to set goals, motivate, and manage conflict.
∎ Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Exceptional time management and organization skills.
∎ In-depth understanding of 5s implementation, storage bin management, ISO Quality management system, store materials & equipment safety & housekeeping issue.
∎ Hands-on experience with MS Office package, store and inventory management software (like ERP, SAP), and databases.
