∎ Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) is mandatory
∎ Must have A-grade registration from Bangladesh Pharmacy Council (BPC)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish the scope of services, develop and implement strategic, operating and financial plan to accomplish departmental goals and objectives which contribute achieving organizational strategic objectives.
∎ Design and Customize Pharmacy Module of HIS in align with Pharmacy Operational Workflow.
∎ Design and Implement Pharmacy operations to ensure effective selection, preparation, storage, procurement, distribution, monitoring and assessment of outcomes of drugs and other pharmaceuticals used for the care and treatment of patients.
∎ Develop and implement the policy and procedures on medication management and use in compliance with joint commission international (JCI) standards.
∎ Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Pharmacy Department that consider a range of managerial and clinical indicators.

∎ 5 years experience in managing similar role
