Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil) or Masters in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Control and look after overall factory administrative works.
∎ Ensure all operations are carried on in appropriate and cost-effective way.
∎ Supervising and monitoring all department heads of the factory.
∎ Developing and implementing growth strategies understanding industry specific trends.
∎ Creating, Managing and Submitting factory administrative budgets and forecasts.
∎ Enlisting our product and company in necessary sectors like Government Schedule, Different Gadgets etc. to meet compliance and avail benefits such as VAT exemption, income tax holiday etc.
∎ People development and management - recruitment (Factory Only), training and performance evaluation.
∎ Selecting vendors for transportation and looking after the total delivery operations.
∎ Supporting the procurement department to ensure on time raw materials inflow to the factory site.
∎ Following up and monitoring total inventory, store and stock.
∎ Perform quality control and monitor production KPI.
∎ Handling grievances and any kinds of external threats to the company.
∎ Ensuring all the necessary documents, certificates and licenses are always updated.
∎ Processing disciplinary action procedures.
∎ Ensuring overall safety and security system of the factory premises.
∎ Generating reports and sharing with Directors.
∎ Train and develop factory operators and workers and succession planning.
∎ Analyzing break even for all the batch produced.
∎ Generating daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports as per requirement of the management.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years' work experience in any factory in a similar position or as Unit Head.
∎ Skilled Engineer having idea of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete - AAC with overseas training and have visited AAC Block factories abroad can be considered specially on contractual basis with very attractive salary package.
∎ The experience in Ceramic Industry or Auto Bricks Industry will be added as advantage.
∎ Be knowledgeable of safety and compliance, product quality, testing, productivity, sales generation, supply chain management, enlistment and strategic planning processes.
