Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make BOQ, Costing, Project time schedule and presentation to Top management.
∎ Daily monitoring to others factory/ project and follow up time schedule.
∎ Contractors rate quotation check, CS making, Contractors/ Labor bill checking and work with Internal Audit.
∎ Communication with consultant office, vendor, contractors & suppliers.
∎ Plan and monitor proper progresses of the projects and take action plans depending upon the requirement
∎ Prepare method statements of all the works / jobs with specifications of all the constituent items (materials, plants, tools etc.)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Self-Motivated, Excellent communication and computer literacy.
