∎ B. Sc in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the whole process of operation of turbine & boiler of the power plant;
∎ Maintain process parameter of operation in modern PLC, DCS & SCADA system as per standard operating procedure;
∎ Responsible for establish & execute of BOP maintenance plan;
∎ Prepare costing report against gas consumption, steam, water & Electrical power on daily & monthly basis for cost optimization;
∎ Responsible for all type of maintenance works related to steam turbine & boiler;
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Applicant should have experience in maintenance of steam turbine, boiler DM plant WTP (RO), Clarifier etc.
∎ Should have adequate experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance as well as plant overhauling activities of power plant.
∎ Able to evaluate & trouble shoot complex types of fault arising out from operation & maintenance of power plant.
∎ Ability to review design inputs & engineering drawings & implement cost-effective equipment to improve safety & reliability.
