Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, Shipping
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have thorough knowledge on all sorts of shipping (Export & Import) documents.
∎ Well conversant to work with Bangladesh customs and other regulatory authorities.
∎ Create, modify and implement safety and security protocols as needed for warehouse staff, including performing after-action reviews following any incidents
∎ Communicate directly with clients as necessary to answer questions, relay shipping updates and handle complaints calmly and efficiently.
∎ Monitoring with shipping line, forwarder, C & F and all kind of port.
∎ Manage all important documents such as advanced shipping notice, pick slips, bills of lading etc.
∎ Direct the flow of packages from preparation to shipment.
∎ Inspect labels, barcodes and other features of completed orders.
∎ Supervise and lead subordinates (receiving clerks, order pickers etc.).
∎ Control budget of the shipping department.
∎ Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing and other managers to optimize processes.
∎ Resolve issues regarding shipped orders.
∎ Ensure compliance to legal regulations and company policies.
∎ Report to management on activities and issues.
∎ Perform other duties, which are work-related, as assigned by the top authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years of related experience from reputed company.
∎ Thorough knowledge on all sorts of Export & Import documents (DOT and IATA regulations).
∎ Well experienced to work with Bangladesh Customs, VAT and other regularity authorities.
∎ Should have strong negotiation and leadership skills.
∎ Good communication skills in Bengali and English.
∎ Must have computer literacy.
