Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new plans to achieve business objectives.
∎ Provide leadership and take initiatives on service planning and problem solving.
∎ Ensure development & implementation of sustainable and affordable strategies.
∎ Monitor and evaluate service delivery processes, identify shortfalls and solve problems to ensure service efficiency.
∎ Travel frequently throughout the country and ensure strong and efficient service field force team.
∎ Monitor competitors service activities and prepare counter strategies.
∎ Ensure proper coordination among marketing, sales, service and support departments.
∎ Ensure proper manpower distribution among regions and territories to provide optimum after sales services.
∎ Collect technical data, analyze and share with principals/product manufactures.
∎ Analyze and control expenditures of service team and conform to budgetary requirements.
∎ Collect service data, prepare reports and presentations for top management and assist in decision making.
∎ Perform any other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Candidates must have experience in playing a leadership role in the after-sales service department.
∎ Strong communication and presentation skills.
∎ Sound analytical and critical problem-solving ability.
∎ Flexibility to travel frequently across the country.
∎ Goal oriented, hardworking, and ability to work under pressure.
