Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from any reputed university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and supervising the entire store activities and team members.
∎ Ensure maintaining a stock register of all local Trims, Fabrics, Accessories, Stationery, Printing, etc.
∎ Prepare monthly stock statements and report to the top-level management.
∎ Location wise Goods Received Note (GRN) to be maintained on time.
∎ To generate daily reports on Fabric Receive/ issue, daily trims receive/ issue, daily thread receive/ issue.
∎ To Prepare leftover fabrics report with a packing list (Purchase Order wise)
∎ To face the annual inventory with the external and internal auditors.
∎ Maintaining and follow up of Proforma Invoice (PI), Letter of Credit (L/C), Shipment Schedule Estimated Time of Departure & Estimated Time of Arrival (ETD & ETA), etc.
∎ BIN Card to be maintained properly as per product/ items.
∎ Stocks must be segregated as leftovers and running orders category at the warehouse and need to maintain properly.
∎ To generate monthly fabrics and trims aging reports.
∎ To prepare weekly Goods Received Note (GRNs) status report.
∎ Leftover fabrics and trims swatch to be presented to the merchandising team on a weekly basis.
∎ To prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) on Thread Re-Using plan (Dyeing) from the leftover thread.
∎ To prepare Monthly Thread Cost Analysis. (Per PCS )
∎ To prepare Monthly Hanger Cost Analysis (Per PCS).
∎ To prepare Monthly Carton Cost Analysis ( Per PCS )
∎ To prepare Monthly Poly Cost Analysis (Per PCS).
∎ Maintain and allocate goods' and materials' incoming and outgoing movement as per company policy.
∎ Prepare and establish Store Policy and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and review within a particular time period.
∎ Receive store materials from local/foreign suppliers and any other sources as per approved purchase orders.
∎ Ensuring timely supply of materials to the factory cutting, sewing, washing, finishing, and packaging department.
∎ Monitor safety and compliance issues of the entire storage area.
∎ Perform and ensure all activities related to the shipment. Manage the store in a well-defined professional and efficient manner.
∎ Ensure Day to Day store activities with software.
∎ Monitor correspondences with production for on-time delivery.
∎ Ensure material issues and receive an entry in the Stock Card/ Bin Card.
∎ Handle maintenance store, raw materials store and finished goods store independently as the head of the department.
∎ To ensure Zero Buyer Compliance in terms of Store Management.
∎ Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Advanced training on Inventory Management will be an added advantage.
∎ 8 to 10 years experience with a minimum of 3 years experience as Store Manager.
∎ Experience in the following business areas will be an added advantages: Ready Made Garments, Garments Accessories, Store, Inventory Management, etc.
∎ Goal-oriented, good communication and collaborative skills, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, leadership skills, ability to make a decision independently, positive and proactive approach to work, good planning, organizational & analytical skills to assess risk and has initiative, ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
