Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the daily operations of Scholars University Admission Coaching and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
∎ Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
∎ Lead, motivate, and manage the coaching staff, ensuring they meet performance goals and maintain high teaching standards.
∎ Strategize and execute plans to increase student enrollment and retention rates.
∎ Maintain strong communication with students and parents to address their concerns and provide solutions.
∎ Plan and organize events, such as workshops, orientations, and cultural programs, to foster a positive learning environment.
∎ Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the coaching center’s achievements and offerings.
∎ Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure cost-effective operations.
∎ Ensure compliance with all educational and operational regulations set by relevant authorities.
∎ Prepare regular reports on center performance, staff achievements, and student success metrics for senior management.
