∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction, construction project Management, Corporate Sales and Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving sales target successfully and maintain all sales activities within an assigned territory.
∎ Need to win various gov. & non-gov. construction projects (RCC, Steel, Bridge, Road, etc.)
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Visiting & identifying prospective customers, lead generation, and establish a solid customer base.
∎ Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
∎ Have the experience to forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning & execution.
∎ Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales personnel(s).
∎ Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
∎ Any other responsibilities as per management requirements.

∎ Age 28 to 40 years
